Secure Packaging
Place the timepiece in its original manufacturer box with all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films intact before placing it inside a secondary shipping carton.
Insured Shipping
Affix the provided prepaid FedEx Priority Overnight label to your package and drop it off at an authorized shipping center to ensure full insurance coverage during transit.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master watchmakers verify the condition and serial numbers of the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
